“RFID secured object – where is it and in what condition?”

The RFID industry is well aware of the diversity and all possible usage of the technology. The presentation of Albis Technologies is targeting an exciting solution area which include real value add with RFID.

A) Asset Tracking. Assets get lost, assets take too long to find, assets need to be managed, replaced in time etc.. Many cases get down to the question of where is it NOW – where has it been – who was responsible for it? The tracking might be of interest on a global scale, on a local scale or within a defined closed loop. Selected clarifications with reports from customer projects will be shared with the audience.

B) Condition Monitoring Valuable and very precious assets might be mobile or stationary. In both scenario they are protected against intrusion or abduction. How to improve security and flexility is explained in two scenarios. Condition monitoring in other viewpoints also includes the optimized management with wasteful and ruinous assets, food and organic substances. One straight forward and one very specialized report will give a clear view of realistic improvements with RFID technology.

Albis will summarize what the business driving factors are for each solution area. The growing market demands for tracking, locating and monitoring assets and people. It is driven by aspects of security, safety, cost and customer satisfaction.
