“NEW OPPORTUNITIES IN ACTIVE RFID USING DASH7”

Apparelretailersarefacingnewchallenges, amongthemconsumerversatility, extensive offers, margin erosion, and increasing competition. Priorities have changed, and new strategies are needed. How can one match a short rotation and inventory reduction within a complex supply chain business model?

The presentation will take a look at all these issues, responding to Checkpoint’s Merchandise Visibility Solution.

RFID Source to Store: why use it, what are the RFID principles, solution at source, and benefits.

The Project approach: how to implement the solution, identify the main steps, diagnostic and measurement, the needed Change Management, and ROI.

RFID migration path useful for implementation: using an integrated modular approach, with three main phases, in which each phase is self-funded and enables the next, taking advantage of the Checkpoint Global Platform EAS-RFID.
